About our host. Jana is the co-founder of the Student Leadership Conference and has over 20-years of youth ministry experience with a majority of that at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. There she served in a variety of leadership roles. Jana currently directs Special Events and Conferences at Overlake Church in Redmond, WA where she resides with her husband and four young kids. She loves building into the lives of students and has a passion for leadership.

Neely McQueen

About our special guest. Neely loves students and has been working with teenagers for nearly 20 years. She is the author of several books about girls and girls ministry and also blogs for DYM. She is currently a Student Ministries Pastor at Overlake Christian Church, in Redmond WA where she directs the Student Leadership program. She is married with 3 cute kids and as family they are obsessed with soccer.
